Have you judged someone - without even hearing them speak or by the opinion of another?

There is a feeling of inner peace that comes from total relinquishment of judgement.  Whether that judgement is from others or from yourself - about others or about yourself - shared out loud or kept inside for only us to know... judgement keeps us all from the truth about ourselves and others.  Not to mention... being in judgement of others can make you mental... hence the word JudgeMENTAL. 

Why do we not just accept people as they are?  Why do we feel the need to decide who they should be... what they should wear... what size they should be ... who they should hang with ... what they should eat... the list is long of how many things we spend our time judging what others could or should be doing/being differently.  Why are we compelled to ever think things should be different than they are?  Acceptance of who someone truly is... is simply beautiful and freeing.  Freeing for us and freeing for them.  (don't miss this month's Frequency Spa - Acceptance)

The sad truth - we do not even realize we are doing it.  It is so programmed... so natural... that we miss the opportunity to truly connect and learn about those around us.  Let's face it... it does not feel great when others do it to us.  It robs us of our total abundant life experience.
