Many of us find ourselves questioning who we are. Often, we may find it difficult to see our capabilities, celebrate our strengths and gifts, or utilize the talents we possess. A healthy level of self-criticism can be productive, such as learning to see where we are running old patterns or distorted frequencies. However, if we dependently look to others for guidance or find that we are unable to trust our higher consciousness then we are holding ourselves back and allowing the density of self-doubt to weigh us down.

We are beautiful, bright and brilliant and our higher consciousness will effortlessly guide us to where we need to be.
