I had Complex PTSD from domestic violence which kept me from living life. I was hiding for 20 years. I tried many self-help techniques plus therapists. Nothing really helped. After listening to Mas' PTSD free audio recording on a loop at night for a few weeks, my symptoms went away and over time, my life has bloomed. Strong friendships, good jobs, and I'm not hiding any more. Thank you Mas for providing a real turning point for me. I will always be appreciative of his work.
