Description
If willpower were enough, most people would have solved their weight struggles long ago.
The truth is that eating behaviour is shaped by far more than hunger. Stress, emotional regulation, self-image, inherited family patterns, and the identity a person has quietly accepted about their body all influence how they eat, what they crave, and how they relate to nourishment. Some people fight to lose weight. Others struggle just as hard to gain it. In both cases, the pattern often runs deeper than diet.
GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic represent an important medical advancement, and many people are finding real support in them. But a question remains: what happens after the biology changes? If the underlying patterns – the stress eating, the self-criticism, the identity built around struggle – stay in place, lasting change may still require constant effort.
This is where Frequency Spa: The XI Weight Reset works. It is not a diet, a medical treatment, or a replacement for one. It is an inner-work HyperMeditation series designed to help you examine and release the identities, emotional patterns, and unconscious habits that shape your relationship with food and your body.
Over the years, thousands of XI participants have shared their experiences of shifting long-held patterns – including many who combined this inner work with nutrition plans, exercise programmes, medical weight-loss support, or professional treatment for their relationship with food. XI does not replace any of those paths. It is designed to complement them by working on one layer that external tools cannot directly address: the relationship you have with yourself.
This series is part of XI’s ongoing exploration into how inner transformation influences long-term wellbeing, self-perception, and the patterns that shape physical life.
The Three HyperMeditations
- Purification โ Releasing Body Distortions
Beneath many weight struggles is an identity – a version of yourself you learned to accept as fixed. This session works to loosen the grip of old self-images, labels, and stories about your body that have kept change feeling out of reach.
- Recalibration โ Resetting What Feels Normal
Even after insight, old patterns pull us back toward what feels familiar. This session focuses on the habits, emotional responses, and stress patterns that quietly steer eating behaviour, helping a healthier way of relating to food begin to feel like the natural default rather than a discipline.
- Embodiment โ Returning to Your Ideal Self
The final session is about coming home – releasing the sense of being at war with your body and rebuilding a relationship of trust, care, and self-worth, so that how you nourish yourself becomes an expression of who you are rather than a battle you fight.

New to XI? What Is a HyperMeditation?
A HyperMeditation is a structured inner-work protocol – a guided listening experience designed to help reorganize the underlying patterns that shape perception, decision-making, behaviour, and performance.
The simplest way to describe it is this: HyperMeditations are like software updates for how you operate.
There is no technique to master and no experience required. Simply listen. You can sit, lie down, or simply be present with the session.
But “just listen” doesn’t mean “do nothing.” The sessions work with deeper patterns; your part begins afterward. As old patterns loosen, you may notice new impulsesโa craving that quiets, a kinder inner voice, or a pull toward a different choice. Your role is to recognize what that emerging self is guiding you toward and consciously choose the new path. Listening opens the door. Walking through it is yours.
A Note on Medical Care
XI HyperMeditations are a meditative and self-development practice. They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are living with an eating disorder or any medical condition, please continue working with your healthcare providers. This series is designed to complement professional care, never replace it.
