“I Felt Like I Was Flying”

I had a procedure done on the 12th day of the eclipse. I was put under anesthesia for a tricuspid heart valve repair using clips. There are three flaps on this valve, and one was leaking. They went through my groin and placed two clips to redirect the blood. The procedure was successful.

Most of the time, people can feel a difference afterward. Boy, did I feel the difference! I came out of the anesthesia totally alert, coherent, and in my body. I felt like I was flying around on the ceiling. I had so much energy that I didn’t sleep all night or the next day.

The amazing part was that when I closed my eyes, I could see beautiful flowers in bright, gorgeous colors, along with faces and all kinds of images. It was such a beautiful space to be in.

Then I heard a voice say, “You can heal your body through your heart. Just feel it getting stronger, and when you’re there, expand that feeling out into your body. You will have to practice this.”

That night, I practiced this for most of the night. I realized that focusing on my heart was what kept me connected to my body. It was so cool and such a beautiful space to be in. It felt natural and amazing.

I just want to continue experiencing that feeling and allow it to expand.
