1-On-1 Session Details
Inner preparation and integration:
Your Frequency Session is a rare and deeply transformative opportunity for you. We recommend you take space to open, receive and integrate as you uniquely require.
It can be helpful to find quiet time before your Frequency Session to tap into your Higher-Self and feel into what is truly highest and best to speak with Masati about in your session. Allowing the noise of the mind to settle, and wisdom of the inner self to step forward.
During the session, trust that all is in alignment. Masati will be able to see which patterns are in the way, and that are ready and able to shift. Even if you say nothing, he can pick up on what transformations your Higher-Self is choosing, and assist you in making those changes.
Some find it helpful to record the session on their phone or other device and re-listen to it. It’s possible that not all will make sense initially, but over time and/or after re-listening you begin to see where there was Truth in what was shared or transpired.
After your session it can be helpful to rest, reflect, journal or take time to be alone.
Technical preparation:
- Practice logging into your Client Portal. If you forgot your password, click “Lost your password?” under the login button. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Be sure to check spam, promotions and trash folders.

- Review how to connect smoothly
- Understand how to enable microphone and/or camera permissions
- Ensure you have strong wifi or internet connection
- If you booked the session for a friend or family member, please email sessions@thexicode.com and give us the name of the person(s) attending 48 hours in advance
What to expect:
Internal Recordings:
- 1-On-1 Sessions will be confidentially recorded for internal documentation purposes. Clients are responsible for any personal recordings/replays.
Impact Group Frequency Sessions:
- These sessions are audio and video, publicly streamed on youtube
- It is highly recommend you join from a laptop, not tablet or mobile device
- Our team will do a quick video & audio check before the program starts
- Communicate any questions to the team using the Zoom chat feature, do not message Masati directly or post comments as this is distracting during a live show
- Do not have YouTube open at the same time as Zoom, it will create an echo
- After your scan, log out of Zoom and watch the rest of the sessions from YouTube where you can join in the live chat with the XI Community
Reflection Group Frequency Sessions:
- These sessions are audio and video
- Masati will admit the group to the meeting
- Masati will say your name when it is your turn for a scan. Unmute yourself by clicking on the microphone icon.
- If your connection is poor, please turn off your video
- Each participant will have 8-10 minutes to speak to Masati
- After your scan is completed, please mute your microphone and you can stay and meditate with the group
- Replays are not provided, but you are welcome to record your time with Masati
15 Minute Private Frequency Sessions:
- These sessions are audio only
- Masati will admit you to the meeting
- Unmute yourself upon entry by clicking on the microphone icon at the bottom
- These sessions are audio only
- After your session is finished, you will be disconnected from Zoom, but still connected via frequencies; we recommend that you stay in that space as long as possible
- Replays are not provided, you are welcome to record your time with Masati
30 & 60 Minute Private Frequency Sessions:
- These sessions are audio and video
- Masati will admit you to the meeting
- Unmute yourself upon entry by clicking on the microphone icon at the bottom
- After your session, you will be disconnected from Zoom, but still connected via frequencies. We recommend that you stay in that space as long as possible
- Replays will be added to your Client Portal > Replays within 5 business days
*On rare occasions, there may be a technical error and a recording may not be available.
Accessing your 1-On-1 Session:
- CLIENT PORTAL
Click on Client Portal (top right corner of your screen). - LOGIN
Login with your username or email and password. If you forgot your password, click “Lost your password?” under the login button. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Be sure to check spam, promotions and trash folders. - 1-ON-1 SESSIONS
Click the “1-On-1 Sessions” tab from the left side-bar. - FIND
Find your session that is about to start. - JOIN NOW
Click the black “Join Now”. - ENABLE BROWSER PERMISSIONS
Enable microphone and/or camera permissions in the browser that opens when you click “Join Now”. In most cases you will see a popup asking you to do so. Learn More Here
What to do if you have problems connecting:
Take a breath and relax as best you’re able. Technical issues occasionally happen, but they always, ultimately get resoled.

If this does not resolve your issue (in majority of cases it will), then email our session’s customer service team at sessions@thexicode.com.
Refund and cancellation policy:
To cancel your appointment, email sessions@thexicode.com. For all cancellations, a $50 administration fee will apply.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations, or the session will be forfeit.
