Description
The Abuse Recovery Intensive is a six-part transformational series that works at the frequency level to dismantle and clear the energetic imprints of abuse. Addressing four major types—physical, verbal, sexual, and psychological—this powerful experience goes beyond traditional therapies to help you shift core-level programming and reclaim your life.
While the abuse you experienced is not your fault, its effects may linger in the form of distrust, pain, fear, or repeated unhealthy relationship dynamics. At a deeper level, unrecognized abuse frequencies may continue to attract and replicate similar circumstances. This series is designed to identify and remove those patterns by addressing the root energetic distortions.
Each type of abuse is addressed through a progression of sessions, beginning with grounding and recognition, followed by demolition, healing, solidification, and detox. By working through these layers, you’ll create space for true healing and real, lasting change.
This program is not meant to be rushed. Mas strongly advises spacing each Intensive session by at least one week and taking 1–2 weeks of integration time after completing the prerequisite Abuse Recovery Fundamentals. Participants should complete the Abuse Recovery Fundamentals program first, ideally over the course of two weeks, listening every other day. This preparation is critical for building the mental and emotional resilience necessary for the deeper work of the Intensive.
Replays are equally as effective as the live sessions. For loved ones unable or unwilling to participate directly, you may bring them into the healing space simply by thinking of them at the beginning of each session. The benefits can be received remotely, without their conscious participation.
