Connecting Smoothly
Understand how to enable browser permissions:
1-On-1 Sessions and Live Events are typically streamed via zoom on your desktop or mobile browser (not via Zoom app). In most cases you will be shown a popup or 2 asking for permission to share your microphone and/or camera.
Always say yes to sharing in order to ensure you can connect fully.
View examples of how this may appear, depending on the device and/or browser you use, in the video below.

Please send questions or comments via Chat to the Host.
The zoom Q&A button works on most mobile devices, but is not yet functional on most desktop devices.
Here are a few ways to have zoom work smoothly for you:
DEEP BREATH & SLOW DOWN
First, take a deep breath and slow down. We often get excited or anxious when trying new things and miss basic steps. If you have purchased the product and are consciously tapping in live, then Masati automatically includes your frequencies into the live HyperMeditation. As a result, even if you cannot connect via technology, you are still connected and receiving full frequency benefit.
The replay will be available to listen to in full within 48 hours after the event ends.
ENABLE BROWSER PERMISSIONS
If not already enabled, enable camera and microphone permissions in the browser you are choosing to use.EXIT BROWSER TAB
